Every evening from Thursday to Monday, as well as Saturday and Sunday for lunch, come and escape with the flavours of our four or five-course menus. Indulge your taste buds with dishes that are refined in flavour and authentic in nature. Chef François Pelletier, a native of the region, and his wife Henrietta share their love for traditional and convivial cuisine, based on high-quality, seasonal products, preferably sourced from local farming, livestock, or fishing around Chalon-sur-Saône.
